Managment Executive/Asst Manager (Pasir Panjang)

Responsibilities:

• Support annual asset verification exercise
• Prepare and test stocktake/RFID equipment; update user guides and asset listings
• Liaise with departments on asset verification matters
• Work with vendor to troubleshoot RFID-related issues
• Perform asset sampling checks
• Consolidate returns and prepare management reports
• Update asset locations after office moves/renovations
• Witness asset disposals
• Assist with Workday/Asset Management System postings and reconciliations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with asset management experience
• Independent, responsible, and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in Workday/Asset Management System preferred
