What You Will Do?

• Lead and oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting to support business growth and operational needs.
• Review and approve reconciliations for all ledgers, including bank reconciliations (BRS) and intercompany accounts.
• Oversee inventory accounting and collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and controls.
• Ensure proper posting of all business transactions in ERP and maintain robust financial controls.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
