Role Description
- Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network operating issues via phone and coordinates with technical resources for resolution.
- Applies knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users effectively.
- Identifies, investigates, and researches user questions and problems, isolating and resolving issues within information systems.
- Coordinates referrals to the appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel as needed.
- Receives, prioritizes, and forwards issues following the correct escalation procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is required.
- Willing to work onsite at Mall of Asia Business Complex, Pasay City.
