- Assist customers via calls, chats, and emails (scripts provided 😊).
- Answer questions about electronic products and services.
- Provide solutions and ensure customers have a great experience.
- Handle complaints professionally and kindly.
- Keep customer data and conversation records updated.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
