Position : Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist
Candidates nationality: Only citizens of Malaysia who are fluent in Mandarin will be considered.
Location : Livingston tower, George Town, Penang, Malaysia
Job Details : Customer service, handle inbound, Live chat/ email
Operating Hours : 9am-10pm (Shift), Monday to Sunday
Working hours : 9 hours (including 1 hour meal) , 5 working days in a week
Basic salary RM 3,300 + Language allowance RM 300 + monthly performance bonus up to RM 300 (based on performance)
