Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

• Attend walk-in customers and online enquiries at the showroom

• Understand clients' needs and lifestyle, and propose suitable kitchen / wardrobe / carpentry solutions

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and basic proposals based on standard product rules and dimensions (Boloni system – training provided)

• Coordinate and pass clear, complete requirements to our designer team for detailed design

• Follow up with leads and existing clients to close sales and maintain relationships

Showroom & Brand Support

• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays

• Assist in organizing small events, private previews, or product demos in the showroom

Marketing & Content Coordination

• Work with our graphic designers / social media marketer on:
