Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and patient Personal Assistant (PA) to support our autistic child to access activities, community outings, and social opportunities. The role involves providing 1:1 (or small group) support to help the child feel safe, supported, and confident when taking part in activities such as outdoor play, leisure activities, trips, or structured sessions. The PA will work closely with the family and follow guidance provided to ensure support is consistent, respectful, and tailored to the child’s individual needs.
