Work Setup & Schedule: On-site | Day Shift

Qualifications :

1. Possess strong learning and comprehension abilities, with the talent to translate complex working guidelines and SOPs into language that agents easily understand.

2. Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to identify potential process flaws and propose effective solutions or continuous improvement.

3. Advanced proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) is required. Chinese (reading and speaking) is a strong preference.
