• Presenting as a professional and committed staff member, in accordance with the handbook of EH teaching staffs rules and regulations
• Establishing an effective and responsive classroom environment where children are active participants
• Observe children at play on order to plan, implement and evaluate a child‑centred curriculum for both the indoor and outdoor learning environments
• Support the positive development of children’s social competencies
• Assisting in morning duty and school duty
• Building and maintain positive relationships with families
• Formal accountability to parents through written reports and parent consultations
