Job Description
Provide accurate oral interpretation between management and employees during meetings, briefings, site visits, and other work-related activities.
Assist the Owner and Management Head by interpreting official discussions, instructions, and communications as needed.
- Interpret messages faithfully with no additions, omissions, or distortions of meaning.
- Translate written documents such as emails, reports, contracts, memoranda, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information discussed or interpreted.
- Coordinate with the Administration Department regarding schedules, assignments, and reporting.
- Ensure clear and professional communication between parties to avoid misunderstandings.
- Support day-to-day executive operations and other tasks as assigned by the by management.
