A leading yacht recruiting agency is seeking an experienced Captain for a 32m private motor yacht based in Palma, operating a single-season Mediterranean program. The Captain will oversee the vessel's management, including navigation, crew leadership, and technical operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Mangusta yachts and relevant certifications. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of German and Spanish is advantageous. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of €7,500 per month.
