Manpower Operations Support

Are you organized, people-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Operations Support – Manpower who will help us source, screen, and mobilize project-based manpower for nationwide brand activations and events.

This role is essential in ensuring that our field teams — Brand Ambassadors, Merchandisers, Helpers, Negotiators, Team Leaders, and other project-based positions — are complete and deployment-ready.

What You'll Do

• Source applicants through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and on-ground sourcing
• Pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews for Project Managers/Operations
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for project-based roles (coordination, documentation, onboarding)
• Maintain databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with Operations for manpower requirements and deployment timelines
• Support HR in orientation and document completion of hired staff
