Manpower Supervisor

As a Manpower Supervisor at Grandline Buildia Services OPC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the on-site workforce for our construction projects. What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
2. Monitoring worker productivity and efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement
3. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to construction workers, and providing guidance and support as needed
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
