Mantainance Manager

Join our team as a Maintenance Plant Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage financial and human resources that ensure the plant operates in optimal conditions. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, oversee asset care programs, and align with safety, quality, food safety, and operations teams to meet manufacturing objectives efficiently and sustainably.

You will also oversee Utilities and Facilities Maintenance strategies, driving energy efficiency initiatives and maximizing equipment availability and performance. This role is key to maintaining infrastructure reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing long-term operational results. This position is based in Linares, Nuevo Leon
