Join this company's QA team to validate AI-driven voice and conversational solutions through focused manual testing of voice applications and intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs). This role ensures high-quality, multilingual user experiences by testing speech recognition, conversational flows, and user interactions across mobile, web, and smart device platforms.
This position is an opportunity to work closely with product, development, and automation teams to improve conversational AI in both English and Spanish. You will contribute to test coverage, regression protection, and quality improvements while supporting automation initiatives through familiarity with automation frameworks.
