ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for Manual QA Engineers across Lead and Senior levels to ensure the stability and reliability of a live Hiring Events platform serving clients across the U.S. You will perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing, validate REST APIs with Postman, execute SQL-based backend verification, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Client Support teams to triage and resolve production issues.The role requires strong investigative skills and comfort operating in a fast‐paced, real‐time production environment.WHAT YOU WILL DOAnalyze, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues impacting live hiring events; Perform manual,functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across platform workflows; Validate REST APIs, integrations, and backend services using Postman; Execute backenddata validation and troubleshooting using SQL queries; Reproduce, document, and track defects, workflow issues, and test results in Jira; Collaborate closely w...
