Manual Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing methodologies and exposure to the banking or financial services domain. Immediate availability will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to design effective test scenarios and test cases
• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
• Work closely with developers and business teams to understand application functionality
• Validate fixes and ensure timely closure of defects
• Ensure quality and compliance with banking standards and processes
