Manual Tester

K ey Responsibilities: 
- Analyze software requirements and understand client needs. Design, develop, and execute manual test plans, test cases, and scripts. 
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. 
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing. 
- Document test procedures and maintain test artifacts for repeatability and compliance.
- Provide feedback on product design and usability. 
- Mentor junior testers (for senior roles). 
Required Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
- 2–5 years of experience in manual testing (more for senior roles).
