Manual Tester

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements to design effective manual test scenarios and test cases
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing across web and/or mobile applications
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up
• Validate data accuracy and backend processing by executing SQL queries on databases
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and designers by reviewing UI/UX designs from Figma and ensuring alignment with requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in Manual Testing with a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Hands‑on experience using JIRA for defect tracking and test management
• Working knowledge of Database/SQL for data validation and backend testing
• Ability to understand and interpret UI/UX designs using Figma
