Production Associate – responsible for fabrication, supermarket, and assembly operations at KML Windows Inc., a division of Andersen Corporation.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow company safety practices and policies.
• Help ensure co‑workers work safely and adhere to safety requirements.
• Follow all applicable procedures, Standardized Work, Control Plans, and Product Specifications.
• Interpret customer requirements based on production paperwork and CAD drawings.
• Assemble wooden products.
• Assist in identifying training needs and propose ideas to improve quality metrics.
• Learn and apply Andersen Management Systems (AMS) and continuous improvement concepts.
• Participate in defining and improving standard work.
