Manufacturing Buyer

Hawk Excavator and EDDY Pump, leaders in heavy industrial and dredging equipment, are seeking a **Manufacturing Buyer/Planner** for our Tijuana facility.This role is critical in managing procurement and planning activities between our U.S. and Mexico operations.The Buyer/Planner will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials while coordinating production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.
**Key Responsibilities**- Source, purchase, and negotiate with suppliers for industrial components (castings, fabrications, machined parts, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships across Mexico, U.S., India, and China.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules in alignment with demand and inventory levels.
- Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery follow-up.
