About the Role
TheManufacturingCapabilityLeadersupportsthedevelopmentofindividualcolleaguesandteamsintheimplementationandassuranceofEssitystandards.ThisroleiskeyinthedevelopmentofskillsandknowledgewithintheManufacturingteamandwillbeactivelyparticipatinginthemanagementofthetrainingandeducationpillar,ensuringeffectivetrainingthatcontributestotheefficiencyandproductivityoftheplantandimplementationofthecontinuousTPMmethodology.

Itguaranteesthediagnosisanddetectionoftraininganddevelopmentneeds,bothlocalandregionalalignment.
Developmentoflearningtools,content,andmethodologies,toimproveandstandardizetrainingmaterials,implementationprocesses,andassurancetools(statuschecks)basedonbestpractices.
