ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manufacturing Operations Execute manufacturing batches as per approved formulations, batch manufacturing records, and production plans. Ensure correct weighing, mixing, blending, processing, and transfer of materials during manufacturing. Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to approved manufacturing procedures. Ensure timely completion of batches while maintaining quality and safety standards. Production Monitoring & Control Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure production targets, yields, and timelines are achieved. Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective actions to minimize disruptions. Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to improve operational efficiency. Monitor process losses and recommend actions to reduce wastage. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), production logs, and process documentation.
