  Job Highlights 
 12 Hrs Day & Night Shift (4 Days)
 Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
 Attractive Remuneration Package
 
  Responsibilities: 
 Leading a team of operators, technicians and supervisors.
 Liaise with Supervisors, Engineers, Planners and other respective Departments for production processes
 Oversee daily operation of respective production requirements such as line productivity, efficiency, quality, yield and machine utilization
 Participate in Production Process Planning and scheduled meetings
 Conduct Toolbox meetings to identify production requirements
 Ensure production schedules accord to that of the Planner
 Conduct on-the-job training for direct reports
 Prepare and submit required monthly reports
 Keep track of any rectifications or improvements required
