Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes, providing technical support and maintaining manufacturing methods.
• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques.
• Design manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and analytical tools.
• Define equipment maintenance requirements, identify root causes of failures and develop hands‑on maintenance skills.
• Collaborate with engineering stakeholders and customers on problem solving, continuous improvement, and corrective/preventive action plans.
• Participate in development and update of PFMEA, control plans and work instructions.
• Write and update specifications, procedures and other technical documentation.
• Examine and design equipment layout and workspace for maximum efficiency.
