Responsibilities

• Prepare tooling fixtures and related technical documents, and complete first piece production according to the first piece production process.
• Execute product quality standards to ensure that the products meet customer requirements.
• Conduct line inspections to ensure that the injection molding machine operates according to the quota cycle to achieve production capacity.
• Resolve abnormalities promptly during inspections.
• Conduct machine setup operations according to the Standard Process Parameters for injection molding, ensuring that products that meet customer quality standards are manufactured.
• Confirm the quality of mold maintenance in advance according to the production schedule issued by PMC.
• Supervise and cooperate with mold maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the mold according to the Mold Maintenance Specification.
