Job Description

                    Responsibilities Design and optimize manufacturing processes 
Provide technical support to production and troubleshoot issues 
Lead NPI / First Article implementation 
Perform line balancing and improve operational efficiency 
Manage BOMs, routings, and technical documentation 
Implement engineering changes (ECOs) 
Ensure compliance with quality standards and UL regulations 
Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams 
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related 
+5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing (switchboards / panels) 
Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring processes 
Strong knowledge of BOMs, routings, and ERP systems (Syteline or similar) 
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
