Job Description
- Leads the assigned processes of Faraday and/or in the future Industrial Laser, train and develop team members (technical expertise), process knowledge and improvement, specs documentation), conduct periodic performance reviews, mentorship and guidance.
- Leads continuous process improvement in terms of yield, efficient and lean process flows.
- Executes product transfers timely and smoothly.
- Resolves or drives resolution of operational issues timely to sustain customer demands.
