Manufacturing Engineer Coordinator
Support and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities to ensure efficient, safe, and cost‐effective production.
Act as the link between engineering, production, quality, and suppliers to implement process improvements, manage changes, and maintain documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate day‐to‐day manufacturing engineering tasks and small projects to meet production targets.
- Support process development, line setup, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
- Facilitate production change control and ensure documentation (PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, routings) is current.
- Lead root‐cause analyses for production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) initiatives to reduce cost, waste, and cycle time.
