Manufacturing Engineer - Digital Transformation

The Manufacturing Engineer - Digital Transformation is to define digital transformation roadmap, lead/execute digital transformation initiatives in Philips factory by collaborating with internal & external partners.

**Your role:**

+ Defines manufacturing technology and digital transformation roadmap including technology scouting, strategy, and programming

+ Leads and/or executes digital transformation projects

+ Collaborate to initiate and execute improvement projects linked to manufacturing processes and operation

+ Collaborate with technology development partners (internal & external) to trial and industrialize I4.0 technologies

+ Manage competence and provide training/deployment for digital technology

+ Executes the processes with embedded quality into the way of working with adherence to safety, cost regulatory and environmental requirements as well as local laws, Philips General Business principles and other policies.<...
