**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in manufacturing Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) (L6), system integration manufacturing (L10), and NPI process development.
