Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team supporting the Rollers and Multitech Assembly lines.
This hands‐on, onsite role blends shop‐floor involvement with engineering and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Define, update, and implement manufacturing processes.
Develop and maintain process documentation such as process flow charts, PFMEA, visual aids, and work instructions.
Design and implement poka‐yokes, fixtures, and tools for assembly lines, considering ergonomics and operator safety.
Analyze assembly line capacity to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Define and manage manufacturing routings and upload data into SAP.
Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) projects focused on KPI optimization.
Follow up on CAPA activities, ensuring timely closure.
Update assembly layouts based on production changes.
Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and procedures.
