Assists more senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools and machinery in order to optimize quality and output levels.

Job Requirements

• Controls Engineering - Functional Safety
• Execute Machine Safety Lifecycle according to international standards
• Train TE engineers and technicians in Functional Safety according to international standards
• Program PLCs, HMI, Robots, Servomotors and Machine Vision Systems for new machine builds according to customer requirements.
• Optimize existing PLCs, HMI, Robots, Servomotors and Machine Vision programs to reduce downtimes, improve quality or reduce manufacturing cycle time.
• Document PLCs, HMI, Robots, Servomotors and Machine Vision Systems schematics of new automated machines built.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts and Design of Experiments to test automation concepts or test new pieces of technology.
