Manufacturing Engineer Jr

**Specific functions and activities**:
Generate proposal for improvements to the product and therefore to the process to optimize the profit margin in the final cost of the product.
Development, configuration and optimization of industrial processes, from initial steps to final (actual launch of project or production requests).
Process evaluation, measurement and data interpretation.
Design, execution, testing and updating of systems and processes.
Reach the maximum rate of production by reducing times and making the most of the use of resources by eliminating processes that do not add value to the product.
**Specific responsibilities**:
- Works with engineering team (design department) on new product launches and procedures.
- Capable to work on a multidisciplinary team to select materials and manufacturing processes for new products.
- Determines bills of materials, labor operations and production standards for all components and finish goods.
