Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer (Packaging) is responsible for developing innovative, cost‑effective, and high‑performance packaging solutions that ensure product protection throughout manufacturing, storage, and distribution. This role involves structural design, material selection, validation testing, and thorough documentation. The Engineer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support new product introduction (NPI), continuous improvement initiatives, and sustainability efforts, ensuring packaging meets quality, cost, and regulatory requirements. This position will report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager
