Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Launches responsible for the end-to-end management of engineering changes and new product development from concept through Start of Production (SOP). This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient manufacturing processes aligned with quality, safety, and productivity objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage engineering changes from concept through release to Production, coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Materials, EHS, Finance, and Engineering.
Administer and track systems related to engineering changes (PLM, QAD, Prolink, and customer portals).
Maintain overall control of engineering changes (quotation, in-process, implemented, and canceled).
Develop block diagrams, project layouts, and process documentation.
Support achievement of production KPIs such as OEE, scrap, and production rates.
Lead and follow up on Poka-Yoke, Red Rabbits, and PFMEA activities.
