Manufacturing Engineer

Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function. Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.

**Base Business (75%):**

+ Practical/Technical understanding within cell.
+ Day-to-day cell support.
+ Equipment work orders, CDF, FAI, QT execution.
+ NC/CAPA ownership.
+ Safety/Quality investigation support.
+ Equipment validation support.
+ Change control.
+ GDT, drawing review, NCs, CAPAs,

**Process Improvement/Project Support (25%):**

+ Data/metric analysis.
+ Understanding of financial line items (labor, scrap, factory materials, standard hours, absorption).
+ Execution support of improvement projects.
+ Mentors Engineering Technicians on technical writing and principles.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Bachelors degree in Engineering
