Manufacturing Engineer

Purpose of Position:

Responsible for the on-time delivery of products, at the right cost and the best quality in maximising customer satisfaction. Improve the order fulfilment process in accordance with Lean Philosophy. Support and develop a Learning Organization that is able, want to and is allowed to improve process continuously. Timely update and manage all product and process related documentations. Lead and manage all discipline matters too.

Managerial and Coordination Requirements:

• Mold and fixtures development: Lead builds, design approval, manage suppliers and buy off.
• Lead ECO (Engineering Change Order) /Design Change/Change Application activities
• Responsible for improvement on reducing machine breakdown and increase machine availability in Die Casting department.
• Provide excellent support to die casting department by troubleshoot-analyze technical issue and develop implement corrective action and plans.
