Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Apodaca, Mexico
Koch Engineered Solutions is looking to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to our new manufacturing facility in support of our Koch-Glitsch business.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with stakeholders including Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing to set strategy and direction for effective project outcomes.
Partner with the Commercial team to optimize the strategic approach to order execution.
Oversee project schedules, financials, and accounts receivable.
Provide daily coaching and mentoring to team members to meet customer expectations.
Drive actions to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on them to internal and external stakeholders.
Support and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives through project retrospectives.
