Your Contribution


You will support production improvement by planning and monitoring engineering projects, developing and installing new machinery, defining key machine parameters to ensure product quality, maintaining compliance with IATF/ISO standards, training stakeholders on equipment changes, and driving continuous improvement aligned with MAHLE Global Standards.

  • Plan and monitor engineering projects to meet customer and KPI requirements.

  • Develop and install machinery to improve production capability and efficiency.

  • Define and control key machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other company quality standards.

  • Provide training and technical support to stakeholders during equipment or process changes.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with MAHLE Global Standards.
