Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role

: The Manufacturing Engineering team collaborates with design engineering to introduce digital point-to-point microwave systems. This includes building prototypes, delivering products at scale, and transferring product and process knowledge to contract manufacturing partners. The team is primarily responsible for developing manufacturing assembly and testing solutions for new products, as well as maintaining cost and quality effectiveness throughout the product life cycle. Additionally, the team ensures that Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles are incorporated into the initial product design.

 Responsibilities:
 

Develops, validates, and implements manufacturing processes at contract manufacturing sites.

Works closely with the development engineering team to ensure Design for Excellence (DFX) principles are incorporated into new product designs.
