Manufacturing Engineer

About the position

Process development, implementing new technologies or developing whichever needed in order to meet production objectives. Depurate equipment, analyze and problem solving regarding issues from the production line.

Responsibilities

• Deployment and installation of poke-yokes.
• Database assembly line analysis.
• Maintain running the production line.
• FMEA elaboration.
• Deployment and decision making to reduce RPMs—top 10.
• Change and depuration of PLC, HMI, visual systems, and robots.
• Start and follow-up with projects regarding quality improvements, costs, or waste of materials.
• Development of operational procedures.
• Development and liberation of visual aids to production lines.
• Responsible for assurance and fulfillment of safety regulations of the company.
