Manufacturing Engineer

**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Manage technical aspects and resolve daily production issues.
+ Develop manufacturing processes, including material standards (BOM).
+ Establish repair procedures and work instructions per technical standards.
+ Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
+ Estimate production costs and propose cost optimization solutions.
+ Execute and evaluate Six Sigma and Lean projects.
+ Provide technical input for repair, testing, and product quality improvement.
+ Manage design and production of tools, fixtures, and equipment within budget.
+ Maintain 5S, comply with EHS regulations, report incidents, and suggest safety improvements.
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
