OverviewThe Manufacturing Engineers serves as a liaison to management on manufacturing, quality, process and engineering related issues.The manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical support of the product line, providing technical support and typically handling production areas, projects, documentation, lean initiatives, cost reductions, equipment, process and safety.They assess anticipated needs for the business and find solutions to problems that impact production and quality, and they communicate proactively with production associates and business management.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with Management to develop solutions, programs and procedures.Maintain in-depth knowledge of lean and manufacturing programs to eliminate paint booth bottlenecks and inefficiencies, balancing paint processes, reducing set‐ups, improving yield, and optimizing space.Work closely with Safety and Health departments to ensure the production area, tooling and f...
