MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Overview

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production, resolve engineering issues, and improve processes for engineered pump system builds. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure accurate build packages, smooth assembly, and strong manufacturing readiness.

Job Requirements

+ Provide engineering support on the production floor and troubleshoot build issues

+ Address fit‑up concerns, rework decisions, and documentation gaps

+ Review and validate build packages, routings, drawings, and BOM accuracy

+ Support Quality with incoming material discrepancies and corrective actions

+ Assist with Engineering Change Requests and drawing updates

+ Review vendor drawings for accuracy and compliance

+ Track manufacturing engineering metrics and support readiness reporting
