Job Description

About the role
 Manufacturing Engineer will be collaborating with measurable improvements in manufacturing performance by reducing scrap rates, enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and minimizing downtime. Additionally, strengthened process reliability through improved manufacturing capability indices (Cp/Cpk), ensuring greater consistency and quality in production output.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all press operations comply with the machine safety requirement.
Establish and maintain standard process windows for press parameters.
Develop and validate setup sheets, standard work and reaction plans to ensure the manufacturing output.
Support daily production by troubleshooting defects and downtime related to press systems, feeding, lubrication and forming conditions.
Support ECNs and engineering trials.
Support die tryout, debug and production readiness (progressive, transfer, form...
