Aufgaben
Technical Support Team Leader for Daily Production
Validation of technical documentation such as: work instructions, tooling diagrams, visual aids, and verification sheets.
Direct participation in root cause analysis for problem solving.
Management of the production line process (process parameters, programs, etc.).
Support and follow-up of the training process for operating personnel based on technical documentation for the different processes (Machining, Assembly, Grinding, Cam Center).
Active work with the multidisciplinary team on scrap reduction meetings.
Responsible for implementing corrective actions defined by the multidisciplinary team on scrap reduction meetings.
