Manufacturing Engineer - Senior

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer – Senior to join our team specialising in Manufacturing for our Manufacturing Engineering department in Darlington, United Kingdom.

This role is not hybrid. It will be site-based at our Cummins Darlington Engine Plant.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Safety: Create and maintain a safe working environment for all areas of the assembly line. Adhere to and promote site safety rules. Set an example to the rest of the team.
+ Lead Team Development: Manage, support and develop team members, identify skills gaps and training needs. Perform regular 1-to-1 meetings with team members. Manage team holidays and shift working strategy
+ Lead manufacturing projects: Drive end‑to‑end delivery of process and equipment changes that directly support safety, quality, and production goals.
