Manufacturing Engineer

Responsible for providing technical support to instruments manufacturing line and meeting product yield and quality target. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) /Technology transfer projects. Support alternate sourcing, cost saving, in-sourcing and site improvement projects. Develop, update Work Instructions(WI) and conduct process training. Responsible for product yield and quality Provide technical support to production Support product transfer, NPI, cost saving and alternate sourcing projects Support Industry 4.0 project Conduct RMA/DOA evaluations Create, update WIs and train production technicians Ensure up-to-date engineering records, BOMs, routings, work instructions and ISO documents Support ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 audits Improve site Safety through hazard identification and prevention
