Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the end to end effort for the development and deployment of new production processes and equipment.
Develop the planning, programming, and production flow of precision metal parts.
Validation of CNC programs for errors in an offline virtual environment
Identify and design tooling for production processes .
Maintain and control process documentation of production processes.
Work with Quality Engineers to develop gauging and systems for process control.
Troubleshooting and continuous improvement of production processes.
Develop paperless shopfloor documentation systems.
Assist production in the prove-out and debugging of new processes.
Follow prescribed work rules and safety standards.
Take ownership of project goals and objectives to ensure project success.
